Welcome to the Alberta Centennial version of
Alberta Pork Congress! Happy 100th Birthday, Alberta and Saskatchewan! There
are still a number of people who have been associated with the pig industry
in these two provinces for more than 30 years, to have been part of the big
changes in pig production and in pork quality. It has been a pleasure for
all our PEAK Swine Genetics associates to work with our clients and industry
partners. Our pork industry will continue as a success story for the next
century as well.
Congratulations to the winners of the Alberta Pork Congress Awards – in
Lifetime Achievement, Pork Industry Leadership and Farm Team.
We’re very proud to congratulate the winners of our
Lowest Warranty Awards for 2004. A large number of our customers are able to
introduce replacement boars and gilts into their herds with very little
problem. We continue to have perennial winners as well as new winners in
both the boar and gilt categories.

Les, Mike and Paul are here to meet with all their clients. Be sure
to meet with your territory manager to confirm orders or to voice any
concerns you have about pig quality. Our fellows worked hard this past
year to bring you excellent stock of various breeds, whether for fills or as
regular replacements. |
