General Manager Comments

Welcome to the 2007 Alberta Pork Congress! It’s been a pleasure for all our PEAK Swine Genetics associates to work with our clients and industry partners over the past year. Our pork industry will continue successfully for the coming years as well because of particular interest from producers.

Congratulations to the individual winners of the Alberta Pork Congress Awards – in Lifetime Achievement, Pork Industry Leadership and Farm Team.

We’re very proud to congratulate the winners of our Lowest Warranty Awards for 2006. A high number of our client base is able to introduce replacement boars and gilts into their herds with very little problem. We continue to have perennial winners as well as new successes in both the boar and gilt categories.
